Refund Policy

Luthenoarix offers a 30-day, risk-free refund window on every paid pathway. This page explains how it works.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the digital materials have not been accessed, downloaded, opened, or otherwise used. Because our pathways are supplied digitally, purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the content has begun — this includes cases where a download link has been used or a file has been opened.

To be eligible, the materials must remain unused and unaccessed from the time of purchase. We may ask for proof of purchase, including your order number, transaction information, and the email address used when ordering.

2. Refund request process

To submit a refund request, contact us at hello@luthenoarix.com with your order information. Because our materials are digital, there is no physical item to return. To review your request, we may ask for the order ID, the email used for purchase, confirmation that the materials haven't been accessed, and a brief description of the issue if applicable.

3. Processing timeline

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 3–5 business days through the original payment method. We do not store your full card details and do not process refunds independently of our payment provider's infrastructure. After a refund is initiated, your bank or card issuer may need additional time before the funds appear.

4. Technical or delivery issues

If your download link doesn't work, the file is corrupted, or you received the wrong pathway, contact us — we'll first try to fix it by reissuing the link or providing the correct file. If a technical issue can't be resolved in a reasonable time, we may issue a refund even outside the standard window.

5. Non-refundable cases

Because of the nature of digital content, refunds generally cannot be provided once a file has already been downloaded or opened, except where required by applicable law. A purchase does not qualify for a refund solely because you changed your mind after accessing the material. If you're unsure whether your purchase qualifies, contact us before downloading it.

6. EU 14-day cooling-off period

If you're a consumer in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right may end once you've expressly consented to the content being supplied and acknowledged that doing so ends your withdrawal right. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

7. How to request a refund
