These terms govern your use of luthenoarix.com and any digital products purchased through it. By buying a pathway from this site, you agree to the terms below.

1. What we sell

Luthenoarix sells digital PDF guides ("pathways") on Ruby programming. Each product page describes the specific content and level of the pathway being sold. Purchases are for personal, individual use.

2. Delivery

After a successful payment, you'll receive a download link for the PDF file. Delivery is digital only — nothing is shipped physically. If a download link doesn't arrive or doesn't work, contact us and we'll resend it.

3. License to use

• You may download and use the pathway for your own personal or internal learning.
• You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or upload the file to another platform.
• You may not remove or alter any copyright or attribution notices contained in the file.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details. Prices shown on the site are in euros and include any taxes required to be shown by law at the point of display.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Accuracy of content

We do our best to keep code examples correct and working against current, stable Ruby releases. Software changes over time, and we can't guarantee every example will keep working indefinitely without updates. If you find something broken, let us know.

7. Certificates

Where a pathway includes a certificate of completion, it documents that you completed the guide. It is not a professional accreditation, license, or qualification issued by a third-party body.

8. No outcome guarantees

These pathways are educational material. We don't guarantee any particular learning outcome, skill level, or professional result from using them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Luthenoarix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the pathways. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant pathway.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies.
